At Flysurf we guarantee maximum quality in our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of them, you have a period of 90 days from when you receive your order to send it back to our warehouse free of charge and without complications.

In what cases can I return a product?

1. I have received the order in poor condition.
2. I have chosen the wrong product and I want to change the size/color.
3. The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it.

In order to make the return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. For shipments to any country in Europe other than Spain and Portugal, shipments will have an additional cost of €30. 

Thanks to the fact that at Flysurf we guarantee maximum quality in our products, if there is any damage or defect in it, you will be able to return your order for free and without complications. Warranty

In the event of any damage caused by transportation, it is important that you notify the carrier at the time of receipt of the product. Both in this case and if the product has manufacturing defects, the customer may recover the amount of the damaged product or receive another product in perfect condition at no additional cost. Flysurf customers benefit from a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, exposure of the products to environmental conditions expressly contraindicated in our maintenance guide, or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this guarantee.
